🤔❓️ How can you live happily?
📜 27 And it came to pass that we lived after the manner of happiness¹.
¹📒 Alma 50
📜 23 But behold there never was a happier time among the people of Nephi, since the days of Nephi, than in the days of Moroni, yea, even at this time, in the twenty and first year of the reign of the judges.
I have learned something about this world:
I cannot control people, places, or things.
What I can control is my attitude toward them.
The Nephites once said, “we lived after the manner of happiness” (2 Nephi 5:27).
And in the days of Moroni, “there never was a happier time among the people of Nephi” (Alma 50:23).
Their happiness did not come from ease, but from covenant living—obedience, labor, worship, and unity.
His teachings give me strength when the world feels heavy.
▪︎ Praying keeps me aligned.
▪︎ Repenting keeps me humble.
▪︎ Serving keeps me connected.
When I choose His gospel by action, I find joy that endures.
When I serve my community, I discover peace that cannot be taken away.
When I repent, I feel the freedom of forgiveness.
Not by controlling the world, but by letting Christ shape my heart.
Not by chasing pleasure, but by building covenantal joy.
Not by standing alone, but by walking with Him, and with you, in love and service.
